How to Book Us
Booking our harp and violin duo is simple and stress-free. We’re here to make your event planning as smooth as the music we play. Here the steps:
1. Get in Touch
Email us directly at bookings@theharpviolin.com with your event details—date, location, type of event, and any musical preferences you have in mind.
2. Consultation
We’ll schedule a call, virtual meeting to understand your vision, answer any questions, and help you choose the perfect music for your occasion. Whether you need ceremony music, cocktail hour ambiance, or a full program, we’ll guide you through the options.

3. Customize your Music
We offer a wide and versatile repertoire. You will receive our set list where you can select specific pieces or let us curate a setlist that fits your event’s mood. Have a special request? We’re happy to accommodate it when possible.
4. Confirm & Reserve Your Date
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you a contract and deposit details to officially reserve your date. We required a non – refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee to lock in the date. The remaining balance is due up to 2 days before your event date.
5. Enjoy the Music
We’ll arrive early on the day of your event, fully prepared to deliver a polished and heartfelt performance that leaves a lasting impression.
