General Information

Q: What kind of events do you perform at?
A: We perform for a wide range of events — including weddings, corporate receptions, private gatherings, fundraising galas, cultural festivals, and concert series. Each performance is customized to fit the atmosphere and audience.

Q: What styles of music do you offer?
A: Our repertoire includes classical, contemporary, pop, jazz, Latin, world music, and custom arrangements upon request. We also perform original compositions and cross-genre collaborations.

Q: Can we request specific songs or pieces?
A: Absolutely. We’re happy to include custom song requests in your booking, (arrangaments may involve a small fee depending on complexity).

Booking & Logistics

Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: Ideally, bookings should be made at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or high season. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Q: How long are your sets?
A: Standard sets are 45 minutes with 15-minute breaks between sets. For events like weddings or galas, we tailor the duration to fit your schedule — from a 15-minute ceremony prelude to a 3-hour reception.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We are based in the Triangle Research Area. Travel beyond this area is available with additional travel costs.

Q: What are your rates?
A: Rates vary depending on event type, location, and duration. Contact us directly for a personalized quote. We offer packages for ceremony + cocktail hour, and for concert performances.

Technical & Setup

Q: How much space and setup time do you need?
A: We typically need about 8×8 feet of space and 45 minutes to set up and tune before performing.

Q: Do you perform outdoors?
A: Yes, as long as there is proper shade or cover from sun and weather (winter performances indoors only), and flat, stable ground for instruments and equipment.


Q: Do you bring your own sound equipment?
A: For smaller indoor or acoustic-friendly venues, we perform acoustically or with a small PA System. For larger or outdoor venues, we provide a professional sound system or can work with your event’s audio team. We need electricity for our equipment.

Repertoire & Customization

Q: Can you perform background music or full concerts?
A: Both. We offer ambient background music for receptions and dinners, as well as featured performances designed for seated audiences and concert settings.

Q: Can you perform international or traditional music?
A: Definitely. Our repertoire includes music from various cultures as we have a deep knowlegde in traditional music. We can arrange traditional pieces specific to your heritage or theme.
